My birthday was in July, and I was lucky enough to be treated to a very special surprise – a custom made cake, topped with frosting sculptures of my two darlings, Chip and Jaster! This beautiful vegan cake was designed and created by local baker All Things Nice by Sarah, based in Walsall. I loved it!
As well as looking absolutely fantastic, the cake tasted delicious, too. It consisted of a vanilla sponge with a layer of vegan buttercream, a stripe of strawberry jam, all wrapped in lovely thick fondant icing. Divine with ice cream and a hot cup of tea! I can highly recommend Sarah, if you’re in the area and looking for a vegan-friendly treat for somebody special.
