Best breakfast practice

Breakfast is my favourite meal of the day. Get up, yawn, stretch, and before you think about anything else, know that there’s something good waiting for you in the kitchen…

What do you like to have? Here’s how I roll, depending on the day:

The usual: Gluten-free porridge drizzled with agave nectar, topped with omega seed sprinkle (pumpkin, sesame, sunflower and linseed); one apple, sliced and topped with soya yoghurt and cinnamon.

Something different: Crumpets spread with soya butter and strawberry jam; gluten-free cornflakes sprinkled with seeds, and a nice cup of tea.

Every now and again: A slice of fruit loaf, toasted and buttered; gluten-free porridge with a spoonful of cocoa powder, sprinkled with seeds.
